When you paste from Word or any other text editor lots of other hidden information comes with it. The best thing you can do to avoid problems is to use the "Paste From Word" button in the text editor. It looks like this:  pasteToWord.png and will bring up a little window, where you can paste your text safely.

If you have pasted already and it shows you all that code, click on edit and switch to "Plain Text Editor" and delete everything. Go back to "Rich Text Editor" and paste your text using "Paste From Word"!

If you have tried different spellings then maybe the organisation is not in the directory.
